Refunds and cancellations
- Every new client can get a free sample edit before paying anything.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance. Cancel anytime by email before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
- Monthly plans: if we haven't started work on your month's videos, you can request a full refund for that month within 7 days of payment.
- Monthly plans: if your first batch isn't delivered within 5 business days of us receiving your footage, you can request a full refund for that month.
- Founding 90-day plan: this discounted prepaid plan is non-refundable once paid. Please try the free sample edit first so you know what you're getting.
- Once a month's videos have been delivered, that month isn't refundable, but each video includes a round of revisions until it's right.
Privacy
We use your footage, logo and business details only to make your videos. We don't sell or share your information, and we never post your content anywhere without your written permission. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card numbers. Email us anytime to have your files deleted.
Terms
By purchasing a plan you agree to the deliverables, turnaround and policies on this page. You confirm you have the rights to the footage, music and logos you send us. You own the finished videos once paid.
